Want to have a better understanding of God's heart? Read this book!

Another great book by Jason Frenn! I have learned so much about God and the wonderful principles that He has laid out for us in the Bible because of the work Jason has done for us. He has made it so easy for people like me to learn. We should never stop studying the Bible, but I highly recommend that we use other resources as well to help us understand God's heart better and I believe Jason's book helps us do just that. I trust all of his books because the teachings are biblical.

I have my own personal testimony of how God answered prayer at a time when I was hitting rock bottom. I had spent many years walking in darkness of severe depression. I was tormented by suicidal thoughts, and all I knew what to do for relief was to drink until I was numb enough so I would no longer feel the pain from the huge hole I had in my heart. I knew it was only a temporary form of relief and I knew it would only make me feel worse later, but I still did it. Although I felt like I just wanted to die to end the suffering, deep inside, I really didn't want to die. I finally came to a point where my health was being affected and I was really tired of the way I was living my life. I tried so hard to stop drinking on my own, but I had been doing it for so long it was impossible. I finally realized that I needed God's help to get out of the mess I had gotten myself into. It wasn't until I finally surrendered my will to His, when I started seeing true miracles take place in my life. I am no longer depressed, no longer suicidal, and I no longer drink. I didn't have to go through a program to stop drinking--it is truly a 100% miracle that I can say I've been sober for just over 1½ years now. Only God can make that happen!

What God did for me, He will do for anybody who seeks Him with their whole heart and learns to pray in accordance to His will. This is why I'm so excited about this new book! I want others to experience breakthroughs like I have, there are so many out there seeking answers but they just don't know how to pray in a way that God will answer them. I believe this book will change lives in powerful ways, and I believe that because of my own experiences. I may not need the Prayer for Freedom chapter, but some of the other prayers laid out in this book are already helping me in other areas of my life. Just like Jason's previous books, God is ministering to me through this one as well. I am grateful for what I'm learning.

I want to encourage you to give this book a chance so you can also learn to pray in a way that God will answer. I believe He will transform your life like He did mine. When He does, don't forget to give Him the glory and share it with others!

A MUST read for anyone who has prayer requests.

This book has been an answer to my prayers. What's your prayer? I'll bet you will find it in this book. You will also find scriptural references to your prayer needs that support the fact that God WILL answer your prayer, but Jason doesn't stop there. He also provides sample and simple prayers to help you and carry you through until that prayer gets answered.

I shared with a friend that I was reading this book, "The Seven Prayers God Always Answers," and he replied, "God only answers those seven and no others?" Well after thinking about that for a moment and after completely reading this book I realized that "SEVEN" is the number of COMPLETION. So I've concluded that Jason was lead by the Holy Spirit when documenting these seven prayers because these seven prayers cover almost any prayer I can think of. I know that all the prayers in my life and those prayers to come will fall into any one of these chapters.

Read this book. Your prayer life will change. If your prayer life changes your walk with the Lord changes, your Bible reading increases, and you can be a powerful prayer warrior for your family.

Jason Frenn's SEVEN PRAYERS....... book is EXCELLENT! The messages delivered by this book is an answer from God for many of the situations which any individual faces in life. It is a MUST READ. And it will be a re-read many times for me. Great messages delivered by God via Mr. Frenn. The messages will touch your heart and your thought processes as it provides soothing messages and inspirations. Read the book and be prepared for the lessons and simple prayers it unfolds. Great cookbook, as long as you're a great cook

I am a huge fan of Bobby Flay and of his restaurants -- Mesa Grill and the underrated Bolo. This book passes on the flavor and flair of those restaurants well. The recipes in this cookbook are fantastic, and every meal you make is guaranteed to be outstanding. But there are two BIG problems.
First, many of the ingredients can be difficult to find, particularly if you don't live in an urban area. And substituting doesn't do the trick. Second, many of the recipes are exceedingly complicated and time-consuming. More than once, I've spent 8 or 10 hours preparing a full meal (not including shopping time, which often involves several stores).
So as long as you have access to the relevant range of ingredients, and you have several hours to invest in making an amazing meal (or the expertise of a Bobby Flay in the kitchen!), this is a terrific cookbook. Otherwise, you might want to look for something a bit more basic.

watch "hot off the grill" to fill in the missing blanks

I read all the customer reviews in this column before i purchased this book and I was intimidated. I am not an experienced cook. I am writing to encourage other mediocre cooks to try this book out. It will change the way you cook forever. Here is some advice: 1)ignore the other reviews 2) Contact Kitchen/market in New York City They have a great mail order service and you can purchase all the hard to find ingredients 3) watch the TV show to fill in the gaps. You will learn what you need to know to make these recipes. Ignore the "het" flirting and joking and you will enjoy the show.
Since I started making these recipes I often say to friends "I can not believe I made that dish".

One Of My Favorite Cookbooks!

I love the strong, vibrant flavors in Bobbie Flay's recipes, and this book is one of my well used favorites. As the Italian Food Host at BellaOnline I appreciate good food no matter what the nationality, and have found that almost every single recipe I have tried from this book was well worth repeating. Just thinking about the Red Chile-crusted Salmon Steaks with Smoked Yellow Pepper Sauce makes me want to run for the kichen, while the Chipotle Pork Tenderloin with Green Apple Sauce is a recipe I have made over and over again for company. Bobbie's tamale recipes have made my family life long fans of the Mexican tamale, although many of his tamale recipes have a contemporary twist to them. Many recipes call for a basic recipe that is topped with a glaze, salsa or sauce, and although it may seem like a lot of work, even a beginner cook could easily follow these recipes and get stellar reviews from family and friends. If you like bold, spicy flavors, you'll LOVE this book!

A Must Buy for Any Aspiring Golfer

One of the best investments new golfers can use to further refine their golf game. Tiger's book is as funny as it is informative. Anyone who wants to know the fundamentals of good golf should consider purchasing this book. There is knowledge in here that the average golf would not know. All the techniques and strategies are written well and provide pictures for visual demonstration.

A unique look at how Tiger plays golf

When I heard Tiger Woods was releasing an instructional golf book, I remember thinking that I had to buy it as soon as it came out. As we all know, Tiger Woods is an amazing golfer, and his first foray into writing an instructional golf book is a success. This shouldn't come as a total surprise, since he had been a playing editor at Golf Digest (which also helped in writing this book) for several years before the release of this book.

First, I'll mention what you won't find. This book is not overly technical and can be read profitably by recreational golfers and even non-golfers. The book is thoroughly illustrated with photographs (they are actually the primary medium of instruction), which is quite different than Ben Hogan's classic "Five Lessons: The Modern Fundamentals of Golf". By way of comparision, this book is considerably less technical than Hogan's book.

The book is laid out by tackling the shortest shots first - putts. Tiger explains that the book proceeds with the shortest shots and progresses through longer shots because he was taught golf that way. He explains why he plays the game the way he does (for example, he uses the interlocking grip instead of the more common overlap grip) and frequently points out other methods that could work. Tiger is quite thorough about exploring not just the technical aspects of playing shots, but also the mental side of the game, such as pre-shot routine and course management. He periodically uses actual pivotal moments from tournaments (such as the 13th at Augusta on Sunday at the 2001 Masters) he played in as illustrations of the principles he talks about in his book.

Another fascinating aspect of "How I Play Golf" is when Tiger discusses the off-course side of his golf preparation. Obviously, this includes exercise and fitness, but also includes diet and nutrition. He doesn't get too in depth about any of these subjects (he's actually quite secretive about the details of his exercise routine), but explains the general principles of why he does what he does. Tiger Woods is one of the most fit people on the planet, and the emphasis on physical well-being is a great message for the public.

Since this book was published shortly after he completed the Tiger Slam in 2001, there is undoubtedly much that he would change if he wrote another book like this right now, eight years later. Nevertheless, the information here can help a wide range of golfers. Even if you don't play golf, this book is still enjoyable to read and may convince you to give the game a try. It would be fascinating if Tiger wrote another book like this near the end of his competitive playing career to see the evolution of his thoughts on playing golf - we can only hope!

The best instructional golf book by far

"How I Play Golf" is easily the best instructional golf book I've ever come across. As I read the book, I was amazed at both the amount of information and the level of detail. Yes, Tiger obviously covers the fundamentals (vital information!) but he also discusses numerous more advanced topics (like hitting stingers and chipping with a 3-wood). Golfers of all skill levels can benefit enormously from this book. However, if you're just starting out, buy this book. It could save you years of frustration on the course.
For what it's worth, the (mild) review/criticisms of this book are weak. I don't see why Tiger was supposed to exclude (or re-write and re-photograph) great pieces previously included in issues of Golf Digest (which probably represents less than 1% of the book). To say this book is a rehash of old Golf Digest articles is flat-out wrong (I also subscribe to Golf Digest).
I have both "How I Play Golf" and a couple of David Leadbetter's instructional books - including "The Fundamentals of Hogan". In my opinion, Tiger's book is more far more understandable and useful (but that's just my opinion). Is this Tiger's version of "Five Lessons"? No. Why re-invent the wheel. Besides, that was 1957. Different time, different equipment, different players, different courses, different approaches, different books. Both good, but different.

Siddons' writing is always compelling, but in the end, this novel fell short

I have been a fan of author Anne Rivers Siddons for some time now. Although I was raised on the east coast myself, her sweeping southern novels have way of drawing me into their rich, lush context, particularly in her generational sagas such as Peachtree Road and Colony. Plus, Siddons never fails to feature stories of deep, aching romance and invariably tragic consequences--a captivating combination.

At first, BURNT MOUNTAIN seemed to be of a similar tradition to my favorite Siddons works, and it definitely drew me in. The main character is Thayer Wentworth, whose first nine years, growing up on the outskirts of Atlanta, were fairly idyllic: her beloved father is the headmaster of a boys' school that his family founded, and the Wentworths live just off the school's grounds, it a beautiful Greek Revival house along the river. But the death of her father was the earliest tragedy to shape Thayer, followed by a devastating first love affair, and eventually, the relationship which forms the heart of the book and changes Thayer's life forever.

Overall, I did enjoy this novel; as mentioned above, I like Siddons' writing style--it can be a bit melodramatic, but reading one of her books always feels familiar and comforting. On the other hand, I also had several problems with this novel. During the period that Thayer is growing up (i.e., her adolescent and high school years), various references suggest that the story takes place in the 1950s or 60s. However, just a few years later, when Thayer is married (which occurs immediately after her graduation from college), the time is definitely the mid-1990s, as Atlanta is preparing to host the Summer Olympics. Not only does this seem incongruous with the earlier part of the story, but also Siddons includes additional references which don't fit for that time frame (e.g., there is a preponderance of cell phones in the story, which weren't so prevalent in the mid-90s). Finally, Thayer's growing dissatisfaction with her husband, Aengus, never quite feels right. Siddons seems to over-emphasize the point that in the times that Thayer and Aengus still spend together, everything is great, wonderful--if so, does Thayer really have cause to be so massively unhappy?

In the end, I would NOT recommend this book to those who have never read Siddons before, as this is not the best example of her work; instead, I would suggest trying one of the earlier novels that I referenced above. However, if you are already a fan of Siddons like myself and are willing to overlook some flaws in favor of just sinking into Siddons' writing, then you may still enjoy this latest foray into Siddons' southern world.

Disappointing

What has happened to Anne Rivers Siddons? I'm a huge fan, have read everything she's ever published. But this book comes nowhere near what I've come to expect from her. First of all, the book was a full year late coming to market (I preordered it from Amazon last year), and when it arrived I saved it for a few days so that I could have time to sit down and savor the experience. And it began well, setting up the characters and painting the background. No one captures the South like she does, and it was rich and satisfying. The climax, however, was strange and disjointed. I had to keep going back and re-reading to try to figure out where we were. Timelines were split everywhere (Harry Potter movies were not out in the mid-1990s when Atlanta was planning for the Olympics). In the scene where Thayer runs into Nick after all the years, I had to re-read it twice to figure out where it was happening. The long build-up just crashed into confusion, as if the deadline loomed and the book had to be finished quickly, leaving so many threads dangling and poorly resolved. I'm feeling saddened and cheated. It is as if an old friend decided they didn't want to talk to me any more. I want the old Anne back.

Having read and enjoyed bestselling author Anne Rivers Siddons' novels for decades, I looked forward to "Burnt Mountain" like a good visit with an old friend.

It's a story that starts with a wealthy Southern family and its secrets and heartaches. Younger daughter Thayer Wentworth grows into her adulthood with scars and an early maturity, and marries a beguiling Irishman. Then her beloved grandmother and lifelong ally dies, leaving her a generous inheritance. So far, so good.

I was enjoying the humid setting, the rich characterizations and rocky relationship dramas right along until well past halfway in the book, when it started to take an unexpected curve into dodgy territory.

But I kept at it, hoping for the best, until the story became too contrived and unbelievable. It felt like the author lost interest or lost control, gave up and drove the thing into the woods to stop it against a tree.

My initial reaction was concern for the writer. The ending was unfathomable, and I'm terribly sorry to say I can't recommend the book. I will be interested to know what other readers think.

Though it looks and reads like a children's book, the latest work by bestselling novelist Koontz ( Watchers , Lightning ) is being marketed for adult audiences. As such, it falls far short of even adequate: both stylistically and in terms of characterization, it lacks the complexity that would engage an adult reader's interest. The living toys Isaac Bodkins makes in his magic workshop are designed to be sent out into the world to befriend troubled or mistreated children. As the book opens, Bodkins has just died, and the toys must attempt a long trek across town to tell young Colleen Shannon that she is the new magic toymaker. Now that Bodkin's benign spirit has departed, however, the evil toys in the sub-basement are coming to life, and they are intent on destroying their benevolent counterparts and installing their own dark-souled creator to spread sorrow and fear among children. The trip across town becomes a harrowing adventure, providing enough excitement and humor to hold a child's attention but not enough to motivate an adult to appropriate the work for the family bookcase. Parks's illustrations are excellent.

great story, great illustrations

Anytime Koontz and Parks collaborate the result is beautiful. Koontz brings the Oddkins to life each with their own personalities and quirks. Parks' illustrations are gorgeous. When the story begins the old toymaker has just passed away. His magical toy creations, the Oddkins, must now recruit their creator's selection of the new toymaker before the Dark One can dispatch his minions to take over the toyshop and create evil toys. The Oddkins set out on a quest across town to the new toymaker's shop pursued by evil toys from an earlier maker. I thoroughly enjoyed the characters and story while the many illustrations give the book a great look and atmosphere. The Oddkins are interesting and loveable characters while the evil toys are quite menacing. The story includes many smaller lessons, including courage, loyalty, and faith, that are appropriate for any age to learn. I would not, however, recommend this book for very young children. There are some scenes and pictures which would no doubt be scary for a small child. I was impressed with the depth of the tale and would absolutely recommend this book to anyone seeking a fun, and heartfelt story.

Good Purchase

I received this item in a timely fashion, and it came it good quality. There were a few marks in the book, but they were few and barely noticeable. Overall, this was a good purchase at a reasonable price. This book was a favorite of mine when I was a kid, and I was glad to receive a copy that I could read over and over again.

*Starred Review* Wambaugh, awarded the Mystery Writers of America Grand Master Award in 2004, returns to the crazed world of the LAPD for the first time since his 1983 novel, The Delta Star. It is a triumphant return. Not only does Wambaugh give readers his usual feast of black humor, as well as deliver another cast of edgy LAPD cops and wacko denizens of the street, but he also portrays how life for L.A. cops has changed in the last 20 years. The novel is both a celebration of street cops and an elegy for the old LAPD, now hobbled by post-Rodney King federal receivership, Draconian PC codes, oversight armies, and severe manpower and equipment shortages (Michael Connelly covers some of this same ground). The setting, Hollywood Station, also serves as a symbol for the collision of cops and criminals. For example, the stars on the Walk of Fame in front of Graumann's Chinese Theater are overrun by costumed cartoon characters who are actually addicts and whores; the stars in front of Hollywood Station are modeled after the stars on the Walk of Fame, but these stars contain the names of seven officers from Hollywood Station, all killed in the line of duty. The plot careens between cops and criminals, as seemingly random acts of desperation by a group of meth burnouts tie into a Russian criminal mastermind's scheme. Another LAPD saga from the master.

If you liked JW' s other LAPD fiction books you'll like this one too. Just enough updated police procedure, equipment, contemporary crime and LA politics to make the book authentic without bogging down the story. If you are looking for gritty true crime stories like The Onion Field, this is not that book. This is another comical farce populated by cops and played out against a backdrop of summer nights in Hollywood. Fortunately for the reader, nobody does that better than Wambaugh.

The first of the Hollywood police series is a must read. Key characters are introduced that appear throughout the series including the Oracle well, Hollywood Nate and Flotsam & Jetsom. Author Joseph Wambaugh includes strong female characters as well. A former policeman, Wambaugh presents the issues, problems, challenges and cases cops face with the insight that only someone who has been there could know.

One word: wow! Wambaugh is back - big time. A stripped down masterpiece of what it means to "protect and serve" in post-Rodney King LA, rendered with the passion and conviction that only an ex-cop like Wambaugh could muster. "Hollywood Station" will make you laugh, the petty politics and bureaucratic meddling will frustrate you, the heroics and camaraderie of understaffed and overworked street cops will make you proud, but most of all, the tales of "Hollyweird's" sleaze, glitz, crime and justice will keep the pages turning at the pace of high speed chase.

The plot spins loosely around the hand grenade-robbery of a jewelry store by Russian mobsters and the antics of a pair of burned out meth freaks, Farley and "Olive Oyl" Ramsdale. But the plot is only a convenient backdrop for Wambaugh to showcase a colorful collection of characters on both sides of the law. Told through a "Hill Street Blues-like" series of vignettes of the patrolmen and women of LA's Hollywood station, the legendary station sergeant, "the Oracle", dispenses wisdom honed by over forty years on LA's mean streets, playing mom, dad, coach and priest to his young troopers. But seemingly disconnected storylines weave together in time for a slick and satisfying conclusion, complete with a neat and unexpected little twist. Reading Wambaugh again after such a long hiatus reminds me that the popular crime writers of today - Connelly, Lehane, Crais - are beholden to Wambaugh much like "Flotsam and Jetsam", "Hollywood" Nate Weiss, Budgie Polk, and the other fictional officers to Hollywood station are in debt to "the Oracle." Gritty and realistic, this long awaited return was worth every minute, a heartfelt and poignant tribute to LAPD's finest. As the Oracle would say, "go on out tonight and have some fun," and read this book.

Couldn't put it down!!!!

This certainly isn't a traditional sappy love story that Sparks usually writes. Sure it has the love story and it's set in North Carolina, but he puts in an element of danger. I have read all of his books and I love them all, however I am definitely tired of the "I love you" on the first date that practically occurs in all of his novels. The rest of this novel makes up for that quick love. It truly is impossible to put down. I made the mistake of starting it before bed, figuring I would read a few chapters and go to sleep - Well, I stayed up all night and finished it. They way it's written is strategic and effective in keeping the reader wanting more (which is why I had to finish it in one night). Sparks has said that this is the next movie adaptation and I'm sure it will work well. There is something for everyone: love story, family life, internal conflicts, danger, and a twist at the end. Well worth the money (the physical book is more $ than the Kindle version - so I don't know what everyone is complaining about; he's a best-seller, it came out yesterday - of course it's not going to be $5!) Overall, I loved it and I don't regret my purchase at all. I'm just sad I finished it already! Can't wait for the next one!

Good escapism

When I pick up this sort of book, I don't expect my world view to be changed, or to become enlightened as if I'd just had a near death experience, what I expect is to safely escape reality and the cares of the world for a little while. Save Haven is just that, a safe haven in the reading experience. I read enough non-fiction to find it very enjoyable to pick up a Nicholas Sparks and leave the cares of the world behind.

Safe Haven may be a bit predictable, but what makes it stand out for me was delving into the mind of a control freak. Katie Feldman has a secret she's running from and it's a big one. She's found a safe haven in a small South Carolina town where she can just live life on her own terms, safe from fear. Of course it doesn't last because stories need endings, and too much happiness can ruin a good story like nothing else.

The hero in this story is a man who does the right thing and loves his children. With only this guy, the story would be pure vanilla. Throw in a 'bad guy' who's good at his job and loves his wife, and you've got some swirls of chocolate thrown in that are delicious.

I like that the main character of the story realizes that the world if full of shadows where things aren't as simple as they might seem. I won't give away anything else in the story because I read one review and it spoiled the ending for me.

Safe Haven is just what you'd expect from Nicholas Sparks, but I think that's a good thing.

READ IT ONCE .... YOU WILL REMEMBER IT ALWAYS

It is impossible to say a book on such a sensitive and horrific issue as child abuse is a great book to read; in fact, this book is probably one of the most difficult ones to read that you will ever come across. Having studied psychology, it is a known fact that Multiple Personality Disorder(MPD) is associated with child abuse. The personality "splits" when the human psyche can no longer cope with the pain of abuse.
Sybil is a story of such abuse at the hands of a mentally disturbed mother - sexual, physical and emotional abuse prevail. Sybil is a true story based on one of the most severe cases of MPD and child abuse in history. Over a span of twenty years, it reveals the various "personalities" living within one woman. How one could even survive such atrocities is beyond belief. The time period of this story ends in the 40's. Today, research continues on this subject and much has been learned since Sybil's case, but one can never have enough knowledge.
Sybil's personalities eventually merge and in 1998, the real Sybil died, finding, we hope, final peace and contentment. If you are interested in books on MPD, another true life story is, First Person Plural: My Life as a Multiple, by Cameron West, PH.D.

Spellbinding case study of multiple personality

In 1954, a thin, nervous young woman walked into the office of New York psychiatrist Cornelia Wilbur complaining of unusual "spells". She would inexplicably "lose time", fading out of consciousness and coming to again hours or even days later, often in an unfamiliar city and wearing clothing she never remembered buying. Believing it to be a case of hysteria, Dr. Wilbur embarks on what she thinks will be a routine course of treatment. Until, that is, her patient strode into the office one day with a confident, almost aristocratic air. "Sybil couldn't come," she says, "you can call me Vicky." Dr. Wilbur realized she was dealing with a victim of multiple personality disorder, then almost unheard of. For Dr. Wilbur and the young woman (whom the author gives the pseudonym of Sybil) it was the beginning of an emotionally exhausting eleven-year journey to make a fractured human being whole again.
In the course of her treatment, Sybil proved to have no less than sixteen different personalities (including two male alters, Mike and Sid). The sophisticated Vicky was the "record keeper" of the selves, holding back the memories too painful for Sybil and the others to know. Peggy Lou was the repository of Sybil's anger--defiant, belligerent, contemptuous of Sybil and terrified of breaking glass; Vanessa, a redhead with impressive musical talent. Some, like Ruthie, were barely more than toddlers mentally.
Vicky had good reason to keep the memories in check. Sybil had endured a childhood so horrible the word "nightmarish" doesn't do it justice. The child of a schizophrenic mother, (called "Hattie") and a passive, distant Fundamentalist father, Sybil never knew what awful or outlandish thing her mother was liable to do. An abused child before the term existed, Sybil was forced to endure physical and sexual torture that seems chilling even in our tabloid tell-all age. Rape and inexplicable, unnecessary forced enemas were a daily ritual until the age of six or seven--the angry, frightened Peggy Lou had to emerge to endure the unending agony.
Schreiber paints a vivid portrait of Sybil's family and the conservative town in which she grew up, and while we discover a clear history of schizophrenia on the maternal side of Sybil's family, Schreiber places most of the blame at the feet of Sybil's father Willard. He had known of his wife Hattie's schizophrenia from the time Sybil was six, when Hattie submerged into a mysterious catatonic state for an entire winter. Yet he made no attempt to hospitalize her, weakly protesting that he couldn't separate a mother and her child. The child's one escape from this hellish woman came in the form of her grandmother--when she died, Sybil's self disappeared. When she re-emerges, she finds herself in a fifth-grade classroom--almost two years later.
After years of harrowing, almost fatal crises, Sybil's selves are eventually reunited in 1965--when she is forty-two. For forty of those years, she was a living mosaic, a collection of parts. Hers was touted as a classic case of MPD and childhood abuse. Yet, not long after the death of the real Sybil in the early nineties, controversy arose over the accuracy of the account. Some professionals alleged that Sybil had not been a multiple personality at all, and may in fact have never been abused. Dr. Wilbur knew this, they maintain, as did the author--the "personalities" had supposedly been planted in Sybil's mind under hypnosis. The truth may never be known, but it is an undeniable fact such cases do occur, and as such, "Sybil" is a primer for anyone wanting to know the nature and origins of multiple personality.

We found this book because Richard Rhodes raves about it
in his "Erotic Journey" autobiography. The book helps enhance
lovemaking... and love. First part
consists of facts... anatomy, general technique. Then,
the second part consists of exercises, starting with simple
communication and kissing and moving to techniques for
helping each other reliably achieve 30-minute climaxes.
It's nearly unnecessary to say that the exercises are fun.
